• Use of a professional event planner is required for all events at Catesby Farm.

  • Catesby Farm has an exclusive list of specialty vendors who are familiar with our one-of-a-kind property.

  • Each specialty vendor selected for your event must be licensed and insured and name Catesby Farm as an additional insured.

  • Client is required to obtain a Certificate of General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000.

  • A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to reserve Catesby Farm for your event. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event date.

  • All amplified music must end by 11pm.

  • All guests not staying on-property must depart by midnight.

  • 200 guest capacity 

  • Wedding property rentals are from Friday 3pm - Sunday 2pm. This does not include specialty vendor load in and out times.
